Eynorix provides digital learning solutions, interactive lessons, video contents, and Learning Management Systems (LMS) for Nursery through Grade 12 students and educational institutions.
Backend AI Integration: Artificial Intelligence (AI) is utilized strictly as a backend authoring and analytical tool to assist in drafting curriculum frameworks and structuring educational materials.
Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) Verification: All AI-assisted lesson scripts, videos, and study materials are reviewed, fact-checked, and approved by qualified educators before release to ensure age-appropriateness and accuracy.
Account Registration & Eligibility
Minor Use & Consent: Eynorix is designed for K–12 education. Users under 18 years of age must use the platform under the supervision of a parent, legal guardian, or school administrator.
COPPA & Parental Rights: In compliance with COPPA and global child privacy regulations, registration for users under 13 requires verifiable parental consent or authorization from the student's educational institution.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
User Conduct & Acceptable Use
You agree to use Eynorix strictly for educational purposes. You shall not:
Input harmful, unlawful, abusive, or disruptive text, prompts, or content into any platform interface or assessment module.
Reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or extract source code, AI tools, or proprietary content from the platform.
Share, resell, or transfer account credentials or subscription access to unauthorized third parties.
Attempt to bypass security controls, rate limits, or platform access restrictions.
Intellectual Property Rights
All curriculum content, video lessons, software architectures, logos, trademarks, and design elements on Eynorix are the exclusive property of Eynorix (or its licensors). Subject to compliance with these terms, Eynorix grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the platform solely for personal or institutional educational use.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Service Provision: Eynorix services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Educational Outcomes: While we enforce strict human verification for curriculum quality, Eynorix does not guarantee specific academic grades, exam scores, or external test results.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eynorix shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.
Termination
